Reconciliation Analyst

We are seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to audit and reconcile data for our vendor management products and services. In this role you will be responsible for identifying discrepancies between our systems and our clients. In addition, you will be asked to determine the root cause of these discrepancies and develop action plans to resolve these issues in partnership with our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and presentation skills, the ability to make informed decisions, manage workload, and meet deadlines independently as well as have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should also have strong database skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office. The position is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters.

Client Services Data Integration Engineer

Analyze customer data and use your technical skills to scope, plan and implement solutions that integrate our SAAS products with our healthcare clients’ systems. In this role, you would lead technical discussions to explain platform functionality, analyze and map data files, and design specific business rule configurations to meet client needs. The ideal candidate must be able to acquire a clear picture of our client’s technical requirements and apply that understanding and their technical knowledge to create new client configurations.  The position requires the analytical and technical skills necessary to work with complex data sets and to develop SQL scripts and XML rules. This role also requires individuals to be very comfortable working directly with clients, discussing and negotiating technical concerns while creating experiences that result in high customer satisfaction. This position in based in our Waltham, MA headquarters.

Technical Support and Operations Engineer

Our operations team owns responsibility for the 24x7 management of our production systems and works with our customers to drive issues to resolution every day. In this role you would monitor system activity, analyze system data, and engage directly with clients to address product usage questions and troubleshoot operational problems. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with large, complex data sets and have strong SQL Server skills; candidates are also expected to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work with customers over the phone and electronically. IT skills necessary to help administer systems in a Microsoft Windows network are also required. This position in based in our Waltham, MA headquarters.  This role requires individuals to be available for “light” coverage outside normal business hours, during holidays and on weekends for support calls and operational monitoring.

Project Lead

As a Project Lead at Connance, you will be responsible for configuring our vendor management product for our hospital customers.  The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, able to manage concurrent projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has outstanding communication skills.  Serving as the primary business analyst during the project, you will understand the customer's business requirements so that you can lead the implementation team, consisting of technical analysts, an account executive and senior leadership.  Finally, you will develop and manage the project plan and associated schedules, maintain status and design documents and deliver the solution to the customer on time and on budget.  Position is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters.

Business Analyst

Apply your exceptional data analysis and organizational skills to help create our suite of benchmarking reports, analytic models and customer impact analyses.  In this role you will analyze self-pay receivables and bad debt; create reporting and analysis tools; and engage with clients to identify opportunities, risks and variances in performance.  One must be comfortable working with large, complex data sets and have strong SQL Server skills.  Position is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters.
