In this role you will be responsible for identifying discrepancies between our systems and our clients. In addition, you will be asked to determine the root cause of these discrepancies and develop action plans to resolve these issues in partnership with our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and presentation skills, the ability to make informed decisions, manage workload, and meet deadlines independently as well as have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
